FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BOOKING

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the $100 security deposit and our signed waiver


  • To ensure return of security deposit, the equipment must be clean, dry, and in the same condition as when it was provided

  • The security deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled


  • The full amount must be paid one week before the event. If booking within 2 weeks of event, full amount is due

ADD-ONS & CUSTOMIZATION

  • We do not rent out our additional add ons separately. You must rent a package in order to rent one of our add ons as well

  • We can add decals or a custom rules sign that matches your party theme for an additional fee

SETUP & BREAKDOWN

  • Setup and breakdown hours are between 10am and 7pm


  • We are unable to set up in areas with sand, gravel, extremely dirty, or uneven surfaces


  • Clean, flat, and dry grass is acceptable


  • It is recommended to have a shaded area or a covered area as equipment can get very hot under the sun

PLAY RULES

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Socks or barefoot only

  • No Food/Drinks allowed in play area

  • No diving or throwing balls out of ball pit

  • No equipment should be removed from within play area

  • For children under 4 years

  • No glitter, slime, face paint allowed in soft play area

  • All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, etc. )
